At death the
soul, freed from the pains, weariness, ills and limitations of the body, begins
its highest life. Death is the beginning of the higher life.

Death is the funeral of all our sorrows.

Death is the best
healing of all, so try not to worry about it. When we die, that’s the final,
permanent healing. Our old body finally dies and we are rid of it and free.
Then we don’t have any more diseases or troubles. We won’t hurt anymore because
we will be in our spiritual body, our new model!

The twenty-third
Psalm is always a great comfort in time of need. It reassures us that the Lord
will never depart from us nor leave us comfortless. Though we walk through the
valley of the shadow of death, the Lord says that He will be with us. He’ll be with
us then to comfort and lead us into a new life forever.

PSALM 23
The Lord is my
shepherd; I shall not want [lack].
He maketh me to
lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me
beside the still waters.
He restoreth my
soul:
He leadeth me in
the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Yea, though I
walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
For Thou art with
me;
Thy rod and Thy
staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a
table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
Thou anointest my
head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness
and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
And I will dwell
in the house of the Lord for ever.
